- Industrial Application: Our products are specialized industrial components. The buyer assumes all responsibility for selecting the correct seal profile, pressure rating, temperature limits, and fluid compatibility.
- Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product unavailability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or suspected fraudulent activity.
- Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping fees, duties, or applicable sales taxes, which will be added at checkout.
3. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss
- Shipping Estimates: Shipping dates and delivery windows are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or force majeure events.
- Risk of Loss: All physical items purchased from our site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

- Return Period: Standard, unused stock seals in their original, unopened packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Exclusions: Custom-manufactured seals, machined seals cut to specific non-standard dimensions, and large-volume bulk orders are non-refundable and non-returnable unless verified to be defective upon arrival.
- Restocking Fee: Returns of standard items may be subject to a restocking fee. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer
- Limited Warranty: We warrant that our products conform to the standard industry dimensions and material specifications listed. We replace or refund items proven to have manufacturing defects upon delivery.
- Disclaimer: We provide no warranty regarding the lifespan of a seal in any specific hydraulic system, as performance depends heavily on fluid condition, system pressure, surface finish, and installation quality.
- Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, hydraulic system failure, machine downtime, fluid loss, property damage, or personal injury resulting from the use or misuse of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the specific product causing the claim.
